Encore Payment System's gift card program gets them in the door to see what we have to offer. Chances are they are going to make a purchase for more than what the gift card has on it. We offer the gift cards to our corporate accounts for safety awards with their employees, once the employees comes in the uses the cards, they tend to be repeat shoppers for the other things that we offer.

I just wanted to let you know that we have our terminal up and running now. And, my experience with the customer service offered by your company has been shockingly good. I’m not exaggerating…shockingly good. You just don’t see customer service representatives anymore who A) care and B) are knowledgeable. Not only was Michael Taylor excellent to work with, but the people at the 800# in customer service were fantastic. As a matter of fact, the first terminal we received had a faulty printer. The customer service reps sent us a new one via overnight, called back to notify us of the arrival estimation, called again to see if we had received it, enclosed a return label for the faulty unit, and were a pleasure to speak with. In all, I have been very impressed with each contact I have experienced thus far. So, my compliments to you for having such a great organization. And, thank you for your help in getting us set up. I am so excited to fire First American today!!! If you ever need someone to use as a reference, please feel free to call upon me.

I just wanted somebody to know how extraordinary your customer service department is. We changed banks and needed to quickly change our charge card machine so it would be available to use and your staff was just outstanding, answering my questions, any concerns I had, especially Jade, who just went the extra mile. Telling me for instance to fax the information twice to make sure they got it which I love because I wouldn’t have though of that and then checking back with me to let me know she got it and just calling me today to reconfirm even thought she had talked to me last night that the account would in fact be either up and running either last night or this morning, called me just to let me know everything was done. I just find that very professional and very wonderful to be able to have somebody do their job well and be able to trust them and count on them to take care of things that I don’t know anything about. I really appreciate that. I also want to say that the other two staff members which I talked to who put messages in the computer when Jade was on another line and they were all very professional.
